10 October 2026
At a glance: brunch at Mimosa is breakfast served until 14:30 – daily, weekends included. On Saturdays and Sundays in those hours you do not need a reservation.
What brunch means at Mimosa
For us brunch is simply a late, unhurried breakfast. There is no separate menu – you choose from the breakfast menu served 9:00–14:30: eggs Benedict, croque madame, Turkish eggs, shakshuka and toasts, with coffee, matcha, lemonade or a cocktail.
What to order
- savoury: eggs Benedict with wild mushrooms (46 PLN), croque madame with turkey (49 PLN), Turkish eggs (46 PLN),
- sweet: banana toast (38 PLN), Basque cheesecake (32 PLN) or pancakes with custard (26 PLN),
- to drink: matcha latte (21 PLN), flat white (19 PLN) or a Mimosa – sparkling wine with orange juice (20 PLN).
Planning your brunch
It is calmest on weekdays. At weekends waiting times for a dish can be around 40 minutes, so start with the breakfast small plates: caramelised carrot with mint on Turkish yoghurt (19 PLN) or creamy feta with beetroot (32 PLN).
We are at Bolesława Chrobrego 79B, about 10 minutes on foot from SKM Gdańsk Zaspa, with four free parking spaces for guests at the neighbouring Orlen station.
