More and more people search for "where to eat breakfast in Gdańsk". It is no longer only about food – it is about the whole morning: a moment to slow down before the day.

Why Wrzeszcz

Over the last few years Wrzeszcz has become one of the most important spots on the Tricity food map. Breakfasts here combine a modern approach to cooking with attention to detail and a relaxed atmosphere.

What makes a good breakfast

  • fresh, seasonal produce from local suppliers
  • house-baked bread, not from a wholesaler
  • a menu that changes with the seasons
  • a space you want to stay in

Breakfast at Mimosa

We serve it daily from 9:00 to 14:30. Our signature is eggs Benedict on bread baked every morning at our bakery, Mimosa Wajdeloty. Plus our own take on shakshuka, Turkish eggs and sweet French toast.

We are at Bolesława Chrobrego 79B, a few minutes from Brzeźno beach. Book a table.

What to order for breakfast at Mimosa

  • Eggs Benedict with wild mushrooms (46 PLN) – two poached eggs, Turkish yoghurt, caramelised white onion and hollandaise; choose a shokupan bun or artisan bread

  • Croque Madame with turkey or with prawns (49 PLN)

At weekends and on holidays waiting times can be around 40 minutes, so we suggest starting with the breakfast small plates. Children (kids menu, high chairs, a playground next door) and dogs are welcome.
