We have been in Gdańsk, in Wrzeszcz, since 2023 and we are blooming gracefully like… mimosa. Kamila is responsible for the cozy atmosphere, and the chef is the talented and creative Piotr Ślusarz. We cook using local products, and our menu changes depending on what is seasonally available.
You can drop by for lazy breakfasts, after which you are left with crumbs and beautiful memories. Meet with friends and not be able to decide whether to catch up on the conversation first or first start discovering what is on the plates. Order classic or original cocktails, which are fantastic for toasting small and larger reasons for pride. At Mimosa Restaurant, the idea of social dining becomes a philosophy that puts celebration and enjoying the tastiest things in life first.
